The projects you’ll be involved in designing will vary from specifying and overseeing the installation of all FF&E for show apartments through to designing and managing private residential projects.

Our client is looking for a technical co-ordinator with similar project site experience working in a high end residential design studio on London based residential projects ie 6 storey residences in Mayfair/Belgravia.

Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge is essential, as you will be responsible for overseeing, reviewing and issuing all documentation for construction and will need to be able to make considered design decisions effectively once a project is on site.

Professional communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with project managers, contractors and consultants. You’ll also be working hands on so AutoCAD is essential.

Projects include extensions, conversions, loft conversions, so you will need a basic understanding for construction and UK building regulations. They do not manage the soft furnishing of interior projects.

As this is a small company you will be required to have the right mentality for this environment ie hands on, ready to take on whatever role needs action, able to muck in and be proactive, switched on with a can-do attitude ready for action.

An ability to read plans and working drawings is essential, AutoCAD and Sketchup skills are desirable but not essential.
