Solid knowledge of luxury brands and current trends is important and an understanding of brand communication is essential.

Proficiency in Vectorworks, experience using Cinema 4D or other rendering packages, excellent sketching skills and working knowledge of Illustrator and Indesign are desirable.

As a qualified interior designer you will have excellent design and spatial planning skills, and extensive knowledge of design detailing and specifications. A good level of commercial awareness and an ability to manage a project's program is expected.

Our client is a specialist high-end hotel design consultancy, and they are looking for a practical interior designer with a solid understanding and experience working with and specifying high end joinery, products and finishes.

You will be responsible for a project’s practical implementation including detailing, documentation, co-ordination with consultants and contractors, submitting planning applications, signing off rod drawings, overseeing progress onsite and managing clients expectations.

You must have extensive onsite experience managing similar sized projects and a robust approach as you will be working with a demanding and experienced head contractor.
