The Role

A bright and confident Mid-Weight Interior Designer is sought after by our luxury client to work on high end residential projects. A key role in the team, the Mid-Weight Interior Designer will work under the Design Director taking responsibility for assigned projects from concept to completion. Working with clients from the outset, the Mid-Weight Interior Designer will develop initial design concepts and finalise the brief based on an understanding of their needs. He/she will then research and source materials before preparing and presenting sample boards to clients. The Mid-Weight Interior Designer will also assist with technical drawings and prepare tender packs, including the schedule of works, FF&E schedules and specifications. He/she will then oversee the delivery of the project, working directly with clients, external consultants, suppliers and contractors to deliver a seamless end result.

The Right Candidate

You will be an ambitious designer with 3+ years of experience working on high end residential projects in London. This role requires an all rounder who is well-versed in the full design process, from initial concepts and space planning through to specifying FF&E and project management. You will have a high level of technical knowledge including an awareness of building and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have good sketching ability and experience of InDesign and EstiPC. You will be familiar with juggling multiple tasks and be confident in working to tight deadlines, whilst applying the utmost attention to detail in everything you do. AutoCAD essential.
