An award-winning architecture and interior design studio, our client specialises in hospitality design around the world. Since starting almost 25 years ago, this studio has amassed an enviable portfolio of global projects that has made them one of the most renowned hotel and leisure designers in the industry. With a strong culture that promotes responsibility and innovation, this studio provides a dynamic environment where employees can really make a difference.

Located in stunning, contemporary offices in a creative and culturally rich area of London, they have an excellent interiors team who work alongside the in-house architects, but who also have their own design projects. This studio considers their employees to be their most valuable asset, so offer good work-life balance and excellent career development opportunities.

The Role

We have a unique opportunity for a talented mid-level 3D Visualiser to join the interiors team at our client’s head office on a permanent basis. Working collaboratively with the in-house designers, the 3D Visualiser will play a pivotal role in the team, translating concepts and designs into photo realistic visuals. He/she will produce a range of visuals of all areas in a hotel, from the lobby entrance through to the restaurant, bar, lounge area, spa and bedrooms. These visuals will be used for client presentations, many of whom are world leaders in their field, so must be produced with a high level of detailing and accurately reflect our client’s exceptional standards. Whilst the main focus of the role will be visualisation, there will also be some technical drawing work required to support designers. This is an exciting role working on high profile hospitality projects and allows the successful candidate to really showcase their work.

The Right Candidate

You will be a talented interiors visualiser with a strong portfolio of work that conveys your expertise in developing high quality visuals for large projects. With broad design skills, you may already have worked in hotel design and be familiar with the high standard required to present to this audience. You will be able to creatively and accurately interpret designs, producing interior CGIs that are almost indistinguishable from photographs. Your knowledge of finishes and attention to detail will be critical to your success in this role. Additionally, you will be well-versed in software such as 3D Studio Max and Photoshop. You will also be proficient in AutoCad and capable of producing technical drawings to a good standard. To be considered for this role, you must send in both your CV and portfolio.
