For this role our client is looking for a senior interior designer who not only specialises in high end residential interiors but who also has a dynamic flair and an original approach. Your role will be to encourage clients out of their comfort zone and help them see potential and possibilities as they review design options with you.

Communication is key, able to engage, listen and respond to their requirements, taking them on a creative departure from the everyday.

Projects you’ll work on require NDA’s to be signed, which alludes to their exclusivity. Our client is connected and in a fortunate position to be able to cherry pick the projects they take on. Previously they were based in central London, however due to Covid restrictions, they’ve adapted and moved out to Hertfordshire where they give their employees the flexibility to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week and work from home the other 2 days.

As well as your creative influence our client is looking for a designer who also has commercial insight, being able to manage budgets, work closely on site with contractors to get the best from them and deliver projects on time, managing several at once.

You’ll be working with a small experienced team who will support you in your creative endeavors and in turn you’ll mentor and manage their work.

You will have a degree in interior design or interior architecture, a minimum of 5 years’ post- graduate experience within the high-end residential sector, and you’ll use AutoCAD.
