We are looking for an FF&E Procurement Manager who is highly organized with a systematic approach and high-end residential experience, for our luxury design client. The main objective of this role is to oversee and manage all FF&E budgets running through the studio and ensure that projects, once designed, are fully co-ordinated and efficiently realized, from the pricing and ordering process through to a smooth installation. All designers in the studio run their own procurement and installations, so your role will be to provide strong support and management. You will be liaising and negotiating regularly between contractors and suppliers as well as ensuring the design team is kept up to date with developments, so excellent communication skills are essential.
The Right Candidate
This is a role for a pragmatic FF&E Procurement Manager with an assertive, confident and proactive approach, who has proven experience procuring luxury residential interior design projects. You will be working under the Directors and alongside the FF&E Design Associate working closely with the studio designers as well as FF&E suppliers and contractors, to ensure a seamless delivery and deadlines are met. The ability to strategically problem-solve with a clear and measured response when challenges inevitably are presented by suppliers or during installation, is an essential attribute for this role.
