Our client is a young interior design studio with a fast growing reputation for creating truly unique interiors for private homes, boutique hotels and restaurants. Through incorporating carefully curated period furniture, antiques and artwork into their designs, this studio produces beautiful, original and authentic spaces.

Located in west London, there is a small but growing team with a strong design-led ethos. This studio is one to watch as they are quickly becoming one of London’s most sought-after interior designers.

The Role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to work for our young interior design client. Working closely with an experienced team of designers, he/she will be designing and delivering their own projects, from concept to completion. The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and present schemes, liaise with suppliers, oversee the running of projects and be responsible for budget management. In particular, the Senior Interior Designer will focus on preparing detailed technical drawings through all stages, from design intent to tender. This is an excellent senior role working within a small team on diverse and exciting projects.

 The Right Candidate

With a degree in interior design or similar, you must have at least 5 years of proven residential experience in a client facing role. You will have creative flair and a passion for art and antiques with an understanding of how to incorporate them successfully into schemes. This role requires an all rounder with a technical bias, so you must be fully versed in drawing and design production at all stages of the process. You will be experienced in producing detailed design, construction drawing packages and client design presentations. With sound project management skills, you must also be able to manage your own projects confidently, whilst delivering the highest level of attention to detail. Strong Vectorworks, Photoshop and InDesign skills required.
