The Role

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Interior Designer to work across multiple luxury residential projects. Working under the new Creative Director, the Senior Interior Designer will lead multiple projects at various stages of development. He/she will present to clients, manage the day-to-day communication and be responsible for producing and overseeing all technical drawing packages. In addition, the Senior Interior Designer will manage the installation of all elements of the project, overseeing the work and liaising with contractors to ensure completion to the desired standard and agreed deadline. Taking responsibility for financial control, the Senior Interior Designer will also ensure projects are delivered in line with budgets.

The Right Candidate

Degree qualified in interior design or architecture, the successful candidate will have at least 10 years post-graduate experience in the luxury residential sector. Coming from another well regarded studio, you will be a confident all-rounder with advanced technical ability (AutoCAD) and true design flair. With exceptional detailing skills and build knowledge, you will be able to produce complete design intent drawing packages including floor plans, elevations and details. You will have advanced knowledge in sourcing luxury materials, including designing custom furniture and joinery that reflects the overall design concept. Experienced in the day-to-day management of projects, you will have strong interpersonal skills, be confident in leading teams and coordinating all consultant meetings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and EstiPC are all a must for this role.
